Wow!!! It has been a while since I have updated the blog. Unfortunatly I have missed posting pictures of Halloween and our annual Halloween party but what can I say, the time has totally slipped out of my hands and I am in the Christmas spirit so Halloween pictures will just have to wait until next year. This weekend we piled in our new car.....2007 GMC Yukon XL Denali (YAY!) and headed to Dad and Lisa's for their annual Christmas Cookie/Santa party. It was a weekend filled with two days of wondering if I would ever see Kaylee again since I only saw glimpses of her running past me playing with her cousins, two days of non-stop playing until 11pm. Needless to say she is in bed now and sound asleep! Bobo and Grandma did a great job as usual with the best BBQ, fun cookie decorating, and Santa stopping by for a visit and to drop off some presents for all the kids! Santa called up Kaylee, by her name (he is good!), and she sat on his lap and specifically said that she wanted to Treasure Chest from Costco! Good thing Bobo and Grandma already bought that! Macie had no fear at all of Santa, walking up to sit on his lap with her arms wide open. Well no fear until we tried to get all the cousins in with Santa for a picture and then she only wanted Mom. All-in-all it was a great weekend, so great that Kaylee didn't even want to go home.
