Macie the sickie girl

I had to post. Macie is so happy all the time, what a love! She was so sick for a couple of weeks and is now feeling better today. No matter how bad she felt she still woke up with the same HUGE smile that she does every morning. Then there were times when she found something soft to just throw herself on and relax.

Fun in the Sun.....begins!!!

This past weekend was a great one! Not only was it Mother's Day weekend but this year it coinsided with JC's 37th birthday! JC's birthday was on Friday the 7th and was spent roaming 2nd street, going to Schooner or Later for lunch, coming home and jumping in the pool, then heading off to Fish Tale for Happy Hour. Fun Day!!
Saturday was spent in the pool. This was the start to our weekends in the pool for the rest of spring thru summer. Kaylee and Macie had a great time in the pool. Tio's, Armando and Eddie came over to join us and after a long day in the water we all headed to 2nd street for a little Mexican food.

Well I have been thinking a lot (no jokes Dad) and I really need to start taking more pictures of the girls. If I had one of the fancy dancy cameras I might enjoy it a little more but all in all it is a must. I found myself today looking at the girls playing outside and I thought, "oh that would be a great picture!" By the time I got the camera the moment was beyond gone. Oh well! Mental note to self.......keep camera at arms length at all times!

So on that note....I promise to post more pictures of the girls very soon!!
