"Fighter Jets!!!!!"

"Fighter Jets!!!!" is what Kaylee always yells and then makes a run for it. It is a whole different story though when we are at the airport watching the planes land and take off and get to see these guys coming in. It is all excitment then. Ok....ok...so it is more me than her but she is 3 and it still hurts her lil ears. I may be a total nerd when it comes to this stuff but it is so awesome to watch these guys and also brings back great childhood memories with dad going out there to watch the planes and the excitment of just happening to get to see the jets take off.

Waving to the good guys!!!!

Halloween at Disneyland!!

It's that time of year again when ghosts, witches, and goblins come out in miniature form and knock on doors in search of candy. "Trick-or-Treat" are the words anxiously waiting to be said by millions of children. We got to get a sneak peak into the Halloween season when we went to Disneyland yesterday with Ang.

Disney was decorated from front to back with Halloween decorations and the Haunted Mansion was something spectakular! Since Kaylee won't step foot in there and Macie is too little, Ang and I took turns going on the Mansion and it was awesome how they decorate it for A Nightmare Before Christmas. Usually when Kaylee and I go to Dland it is a half day kind of adventure but since "Dohey" took off work we made it a WHOLE day adventure. Unfortunatly Macie decided to not take a nap but she was a serious trooper and was on her best behavior. She has however, come to an age when she observes more so she was not too thrilled with many of the rides. Pirates of the Carribean had her glued to me through the whole thing as well as Snow White and Jungle Boat Cruise. It's a Small World is more Macie's speed right now. Kaylee on the other hand rode on Thunder Mountain twice with Dohey and got to FINALLY go on the Maderhorn (sp?) which she LOVED! It was a great day filled with Halloween spirit, Disney adenture, pineapple softserve in the Tiki Room, and Pirate fun!!!

I think I could live at the Haunted Mansion

Ang will KILL me for this one! She was trying to keep Kaylee on her lap who was protesting a picture

A very tired Mace.....
A VERY HAPPY girl just getting off of the Madderhorn!
Alice in Wonderland! She was getting into character for Halloween

Macie on Alice.......so tired.but.I.must.keep.going.
My girls and I! :)

Do you hear the angels???? It's Jasmine!!!!!!

Striking a pose getting on Peter Pan! "Peter Pan....Peanut Butter. Jelly!" Kaylee sang this song off and on all day

Going to school

Macie cracks me up, she is funny without even trying to be funny. Macie loves to put on Kaylee's backpack and walk around the house. What is the appeal to all this?? We have no idea except for the fact that with the backpack she is just like her big sister. Something that I can definatly relate to growing up being the little sister. Oh I can just see the fights now over Macie trying to steal Kayle's clothes and her jewlery!

Sorry about the sideways video but I cannot figure out how to flip it! Just turn your screen ;)

This video makes me laugh.

Macie and her new best friend.....

Macie's new best friend has arrived. Macie has to wear a brace on her right foot due to the bones on the top of her foot are shaped like the folowing symbol...) . All of the bones on the top of Macie's right foot are pushed over to the side and look like a closed parenthesis. It has not stopped her from learning to walk seeing that she is a very detrmined and stubborn little one. The brace came on Monday and she isrequired to wear it 23 hours a day. I take it off an hour a day so that she can play on the slide and walk up and down it as she likes to do. She really has been so great about the whole thing and is such a trooper. She took to the brace immediatly and began walking around which, the doctor said she probably would not be able to do. She got right on her toys at Ahma's house like nothing was there. She has however figured out how to take it off so I have to keep a sock over it. Other than that it has been great thus far and I hope that it continue. We go back to the doctor in two months to see her progress.

Her tiny little brace. It is hard plastic on the bottom and up the back of her ankle with velcro closures.

Nothing's gonna keep her down!

Preschool! '10

It seems like yesterday when I brought Kaylee home from the hospital. She was so tiny and such a good baby who slept, ate, and loved. Friday, September 10th was Kaylee's "official" first day of preschool. How did we get to this point when we are getting ready for school days and Mom and Dad are scrambling for a babysitter in order to get to Back to School Night?

We started the morning off with Kaylee's favorite breakfast of pancakes then we had a discussion about what she was wearing, her new nickname is Punky Brewster. Kaylee ended up having a great first day and actually looks forward to school days! YAY for Kaylee.

Punky was very colorful for her first day especially when she added her turquois sweater to the mix

I couldn't help myself I just LOVE this picture of her!

Very happy that Daddy was able to come to the first day of school!!

Jackson playing with Kaylee's hair. She has informed me that he gets in trouble....LOL!

Got the last half of Kaylee singing her favorite, God Bless America with the rest of the school after the Flag salute!

Summer '10

Summer definatly did come and go with a BANG this year. It seems that every year goes quicker than the next. Summer is always a favorite time of the year here in the Bloeser house. What could be better than 3 whole months filled with days of sun and fun! Too bad though that this summer there was little sun around Long Beach. The lack of sun did not stop us from having our usual summer fun! Days at the beach, pool fun, road trips, first day of summer school, and much more.

We kicked off summer this year with Macies 1st birthday! Looks like this will be the annual "kick off" to summer in the Bloeser house!
First road trip of the summer was to Palm Springs to spend the weekend with Ahma and Papa. A great time was had by all especially Kaylee who swam ALL day in the pool!

Just one of many days that are spent in our backyard with Kaylee AKA: our lil fish jumps, swims, and dives.

It was time for our annual 4th of July breakfast at Schooner or Later. This is just one of many group get togethers we have at schooners. We try to make it there as a group once a month. Schooner's usually proves to be a 3 hour ordeal and lucky for us our girls are great about it!

Concerts in the park are something that we look forward to every year. We are lucky enough to live walking distance from one of the parks and also able to attend one of the concerts in the park at Ranco Los Cerritos where we got married. That is where we are in this picture here with John and Paula.

One of the Whaley concerts in the Park! It is always fun to pack up dinner into the wagon and head down to the park to meet friends.

Our second trip this summer was up to Grandma and Bobo's house in Hollister. Kaylee had a blast getting toplay with her cousins and her cousin Annie who she doesn't get to see very often. The kids had a great time but Kaylee said we can't go up there anymore because it is too far in the car. She then piped in and said, "well if we go back to the rollercoaster it is ok."

While we were at Grandma and Bobo's we headed to Santa Cruz to go and play at the Boardwalk. Kaylee had a BLAST! Here she and Annie, her cousin, are cruisin in the boats!

Kaylee on the kids Free Fall at Santa Cruz Boardwalk. She is hilarious! She had to go on this and went all by herself laughing the whole time.

Nothing like a nice lunch picnic in the front yard on a great summer's day!

Kaylee and Macie playing in the front yard in Macie's little pool! They both actually loved playing in that.

Many days were spent playing in the sand at the bay rain or shine. Macie wasn't too sure about the whole sand thing but quickly got used to it.

Macie wanted to go on Kaylee's board so bad.........maybe next summer

Many holes where dug into the sand down at the Penninsula this summer.

A small reunion was organized for all of old Fish Tale girls! It was great to see everyone!

There is nothing better than an afternoon at Olvera Street. A favorite hangout for us and about time we got Macie on the Burro!

Birthday parties were in abundance this summer and Kaylee had a great time celebrating her friends!

Kaylee started Preschool this summer in Bethany's summer school program and there were many field trips that we went on. This is a picture of her and her classmates at The Nature Center for one of 5 field trips.

We kicked off the end of our summer with a week long trip to Catalina. Days filled with sitting on the beach, running around in the golf cart, and hangin out. We LOVE Catalina!
